The only download option is for a file that's over 4 gigabytes in size! Please add the options to download this in lower resolution than 4k! Such as 360 or 480 pixels. Those of us who don't have a fiber-optic Internet connection and gobs of free disk space are locked out of downloading this enticing video.

I was able to download the file. It took forever. My system is unable to play it without constant pausing and skipping. Fix it or take it down. Hello? Anyone listening?

What can I say? I actually made the mistake of trying to download this. Half an hour got me to 863 Mb. Then stopped. Tried again. (Yeah, I know :-(. An hour got me to 1.3 Gb. Then stopped. Estimated download time when from an hour, down to 45 minutes, then up to 1hr 16 minutes (despite what had already gone through!) A question to DD: If nobody can watch it, and nobody can download it, why not just take it down? This just prolongs the agony.

To compare I have just looked at one of Catalina's previous Vids. No problem. Tks to Ryan for the explanation. DD: I do not have a computer that has a 6 foot + screen, (or a TV with that size screen, come to that), that needs mega-speeds and resolution. If I did, I would be unlikely to watch these videos on it. Can we please get back to the real world for most of us, rather than aiming for the Ultra High End that most folks can not afford, (or justify) ?

The streaming issues are caused by the file size. The streaming version is the same version you can download, and the downloadable is a 4.22GB file for a video that's a little over 9 minutes. Assuming DD's servers support it, to stream the video, you'd need a bare minimum connection of around 68Mbps and even then there isn't much leeway if there are background processes using some of your bandwidth so 70-75Mbps is more likely required.

The reason the file size is so high is because the video is not 1080p as noted, but a 4K video with bitrate in excess of 62000kbps. That bitrate is more than double what you'd normally expect, even on a 4K video, from an adult website. There are 5K VR videos that don't go that high!

For the sake of comparison, one hour of 4K video streamed through Netflix is roughly 7GB in size which can just about be streamed over an 18Mbps connection (although they recommend 25Mbps+).

In short, there needs to be more streaming options at lower resolutions and in lower bitrates to make it more accessible to a wider range of users.

I have been watching a black screen for 3 minutes, waiting for something to happen. I have got 24 SECONDS lead-in (black screen?) For 5 minutes, I get 30 secs of video. SOMETHING IS NOT RIGHT, if the stills are loading as normal, the problem is with the (or THIS) video, not the connection speed. Not even going to try to download. . . . . I do not have the day it would take!

Every day I log on hoping to see some improvement and every day I am disappointed. Now I get a video that can't play without hanging up every 5 seconds. I don't know why you had to fix something that wasn't really broken.
